Yugo Neumorni is a private investor and consultant for venture capital and private equity funds in Eastern Europe. He is an alumni and member of the InnovX one of the leading European accelerators, and member of the InnovX VC community. He is an advisory board member and consultant for several artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and energy start-ups. He is partner and cofounder of FutureNow Capital, a VC fund in process to be established.
Yugo graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science in Bucharest and the Asebuss - Kennesaw State University EMBA program in 2009. He has been CISA certified since 2001 and MCSE in 2000.

Gabriela Stănică is Chief Information, Data Officer, Carrefour Romania, heading the company’s IT & Digital department, and at the same time being member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Gabriela has over 15 years of experience in creating and managing teams in different companies. Prior to joining Carrefour, she held the position of Head of Marketing IT at British American Tobacco, where she coordinated teams from Europe and North Africa, having previously held the position of Chief Information Officer at Vodafone Romania. Gabriela began her professional journey at Avon, where she held several positions over time, culminating as IT Executive Director Central and Eastern Europe.
Gabriela joined Carrefour Romania in October 2020. Here, she has accelerated, together with her team, the automation of in-store and back-office processes, streamlining the operations in the stores throughout the country, the supply chain and logistics. At the same time, under Gabriela’s coordination, Carrefour Romania modernized its IT infrastructure in 2021 and invested in migration to the Cloud, aiming to be 100% in the Cloud by 2026.

She is mathematics and financial engineering master becoming a 18 years experienced banking professional, that has been spending most of her career working in Societe Generale Group across different geographies. Starting from IT department as a developer and later DataBase administrator, she has been combining mathematical, IT and economy skills to build career across the Finance, Risk management and Digital transformation executive functions. Financial management encompassed financial, management accounting, ALM, financial markets, custody management. Risk management function significance was growing steadily over the 9 years, where she had been covering exhaustive scope from credit risk, recovery, market and operational risk. With over 19 years of experience in the IT, Ion began his career as a software developer, which provided him with a solid foundation in technical subjects, IT architecture, and systems integration. In November 2021 he was appointed as The Director of the brand-new National Cyber Security Directorate, by decision of the Romanian Prime-Minister, following approval received from the Supreme Council of National Defence.
